Just wanted to put a shout out to Penelope (my Pontiac Vibe) who celebrated her 50,000 mile-aversary on Sunday, August 6, 2006 in the fine town of Sumiton, Alabama. Jacob and I got Penelope on December 31, 2004 and she only had a little over 16,000 miles on her. We have put around 34,000 on her in a year and 8 months. Ok, so we like to travel with her a lot... at least she gets 36 miles to the gallon.

you sound like us Trish! We have Penelope's brother "Greg" (the Gray Egg... he's a Toyota Matrix)... and we have put 42500 miles on him in 2 years... poor guy. he's doing great though :)
